“I need to learn more vocabulary” is something our students often tell us when we ask for their needs. But do they? And if so, how? This KSS (Knowledge Sharing Session) will examine the topic of learning vocabulary and giving students strategies of what to do if they’re lost for words. We will look at different, fun ways of teaching students to describe and learn words and invite you to bring along your favourite vocabulary activities to share. Liz Jolliffe will be facilitating this event, so please get in touch with Liz by email if you have a vocabulary activity which works well.
Our popular KSSs are workshops on a particular topic where we all share our favourite activities. You will be sure to go home with something new for Monday morning’s class!
Workshop materials can be found here.
